About the products
Nono Remiđo is a specialised online store for the sale of olive oils and fruit liqueurs.
All prices are expressed in euros (€) and include value-added tax (VAT). Delivery costs are not included in the product prices. OPG Damir Vanđelić reserves the right to change product prices at any time.
Terms of Sale
Payment methods
On the Nono Remiđo web shop, you can pay with:
– By cash on delivery – you pay the order amount in cash upon receiving the ordered parcel, directly to the courier.
– By card – Maestro, MasterCard, Visa, Visa Premium, Diners, American Express, etc.
– Via general payment slip/Internet banking – pay the order amount directly into our bank account after you receive a quote with payment details by email. Use the order identification number as the reference number.
Delivery
Door-to-door delivery usually arrives within a few working days. Deviations from the stated days are possible depending on the delivery location (islands, abroad, etc.).
The calculation of the delivery price is done automatically in the online shop during ordering, and it depends on the weight of the order parcel, the country of delivery, and other conditions stated by the delivery service.

If the customer has not received the package within 5 working days, they must inform the seller so that procedures related to finding the lost and/or sending a new shipment can be carried out in a timely manner.
Dispatch of available goods is carried out as soon as possible, while in case of unavailability of certain products, the seller reserves the right to contact the buyer to arrange delivery. The buyer receives a tracking code from the seller for the shipment via the delivery service's online portal, with which they can check the status of their shipment at any time.
The customer agrees to have their telephone number written on the parcel label for faster and easier delivery.
Complaints
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, the buyer has the right to make a claim. A claim is considered valid if it meets the conditions for a claim in accordance with the Obligations Act and the Consumer Protection Act. The buyer is obliged to return the product to the seller within the agreed timeframe to the agreed address. The seller is obliged to replace the product for the buyer or refund the full amount paid within 14 days of receiving a valid claim.

Unilateral termination of contract
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, the buyer has the right to unilaterally terminate a distance contract within 14 days of the agreed product delivery, without stating a reason.
To exercise this right, the buyer is obliged within the specified period, in order:
to inform the seller of the termination of the contract by an unequivocal statement by post, fax or electronic mail to the email address info@nonoremido.hr
2. by post, fax or email, send the fully completed unilateral termination of contract form, ,
3. return the unopened, undamaged, and unused product within the agreed timeframe to the agreed address with the original, completed, and signed form for unilateral contract termination, noting that the direct costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the buyer.
The seller is obliged to reimburse the buyer the full amount paid by the buyer within 14 days of receiving the product, via the same payment method used or by an agreed method.
The seller is not responsible for the refund procedures and deadlines of the buyer's bank.

Submitting written complaints
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, Nono Remiđo web shop allows you to send your written complaints related to web purchases to the e-mail address info@nonoremido.hr.
Online dispute resolution
With a specific regulation from the European Union, as of 15.2.2016., disputes related to online purchases can be resolved across the EU through a platform accessible here.
