About our products:
Nono Remiđo is a specialised web store for the sale of olive oils and fruit liqueurs. All prices are in Kuna (kn) and include value-added tax (VAT). Shipping costs are not included in the product prices. OPG Damir Vanđelić reserves the right to change product prices at any time.

Terms of sale
Payment methods
You can make a purchase at the Nono Remiđo webshop:

– I will accept – you pay the amount of the order in cash when you collect the ordered package directly from the courier.
– Cards – Maestro, MasterCard, Visa, Visa Premium, Diners, American Express, etc.
– Bank Transfer / Internet Banking – You pay the order amount directly into our bank account after you have received an offer via email with your payment details. Use your order ID as the payment reference.

Delivery
Door-to-door delivery usually arrives within a few business days. Deviations from these days are possible depending on the delivery location (islands, abroad, etc.).
The shipping cost is calculated automatically in the webshop when you place an order, based on the weight of the package, the destination country, and any other conditions stipulated by the delivery service.

The delivery services we usually provide are

If the buyer has not received the package within five working days, they must inform the seller so that procedures for locating a lost item and/or sending a replacement shipment can be promptly actioned.

Delivery of available goods is carried out as soon as possible. Should any products be unavailable, the seller reserves the right to contact the buyer to arrange an alternative delivery. The buyer will receive a tracking code from the seller for.

The buyer agrees to provide their phone number for faster and easier delivery on the package label.

Complaints
Under the Consumer Protection Act, the customer is entitled to make a claim. A claim is considered valid if it meets the conditions for a complaint as stipulated by the Obligations Act and the Consumer Protection Act. The buyer is obligated to return the product to the seller within the agreed timeframe and to the agreed address. The seller is then required to replace the product or refund the full amount paid to the buyer within 14 days of receiving a valid claim.

Unilateral termination of a contract
Under the Consumer Protection Act, the customer has the right to unilaterally terminate the agreement within 14 days of the agreed product delivery without providing a reason.
To exercise the right, the buyer is obliged, within the specified period, in the following order:

Inform the seller of the termination of the contract by an unambiguous statement by mail, fax or e-mail to info@nonoremido.hr
2. Send a fully completed one-way termination form by post, fax or e-mail
3. Return the unopened, undamaged, and unused product within the agreed timeframe to the agreed address, along with the originally completed and signed form for unilateral termination of the contract. Please note that the buyer will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

The seller is obliged to return the receipt for the product to the buyer within 14 days, along with a full refund of the amount paid, which the buyer should receive in an agreed manner.

The seller shall not be held responsible for any return procedures and deadlines initiated by the buyer's bank.

Submitting written objections
According to the Consumer Protection Act, the Nono Remiđo webshop allows you to send your written complaints regarding a purchase on the webshop to info@nonoremido.hr

Online dispute resolution
European Union Special Regulation dated 15.2.2016. Across the EU, online shopping disputes can be resolved through a platform that you can access here.
This means that if you encounter a problem while shopping online within the EU (a defective product, inability to replace a product, etc.), you can submit your complaint via the link above.

The platform can be used by both consumers and traders and can be filed in any of the 23 official EU languages.

How to protect your personal information
We take all necessary steps to ensure that our site is protected by user information. Confidential information is protected both online and offline. If our forms require confidential information, this information is encrypted and protected by the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol. Browsers such as Internet Explorer, Google Chrome or Firefox display a padlock icon to indicate the security of the pages. If the padlock on the icon is closed, you are on a secure page. We use SSL encryption to protect user data over the Internet, and we do everything we can to keep the data offline. Access to all information about our users is restricted. Nono Remiđo Shop is committed to protecting customers' personal data by collecting only the necessary, primary customer/user data required to fulfil our obligations. We inform customers how to use the information that is collected, regularly give customers the choice of using their data, and include the ability to decide whether or not their name should be removed from lists used for marketing campaigns. All customer information is kept strictly confidential and is only available to employees who need it. All Nono Remiđo Shop staff and business partners are responsible for ensuring that privacy is respected.

Registration
To make a reservation or submit a query on our website, a user must first complete a registration questionnaire and then the registration process. During registration, users will be asked for contact details (such as their name and e-mail address).
This information is used to contact the user when answering questions posed on our site. Also, the data ensures the privacy of the user when controlling the input or change of the data.

Changing personal information
If the user's personal data changes or the user no longer wants our service, we allow you to correct, update or remove the user information we possess. The user can do this on the “My Account” page of the website or by sending an e-mail to info@nonoremido.hr.

Online payment security statement
When making a payment on our web store, use WSPay, an advanced system for secure online payment card purchases. Conversion statement
All payments are made in Croatian Kuna. The amount your credit card will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price from Euros to Croatian Kuna according to the Croatian National Bank's valid exchange rate. When charged on your credit card, the same amount is converted to your local currency according to the card association's valid exchange rate. As a result of the price conversion, there is a possibility of a slight difference in the amount compared to the original price displayed on our website.
